STEP 1 – Your Free Consultation with a Novalé Customer Service Consultant. Simply pick up the phone and call us on 1800 NOVALÉ. We’ll book in a convenient time to visit you on site, measure-up and walk you through your renovation journey.
STEP 1 A – We acknowledge the time constraints faced by many individuals in today’s busy world. As a response, Novalé offers an additional solution via our Estimation Tool. Simply provide us with your floor area, and we can supply you with a renovation pricing estimate that maintains a 25% margin of error, along with a projected project timeline. This service is ideally suited for individuals in the initial phases of their renovation journey, seeking a precise estimate for their project.
Once you are satisfied with your Novalé Bathrooms quote and are proceeding with your job agreement, proceed to Step 2.
STEP 2It's time forDesign
We love design and creating a mood that delivers our customer’s dream! To get you in the mood our design team have created a number of ‘Inspirational Moods’ to help you identify the dream bathroom you see yourself in. One of our Inspirational Moods may be just the right fit for your dream bathroom, or you may have a different dream in mind. Whichever the case, we have our four distinct Design Service Options available for you to choose from to start your design phase.
Our Design Service Options are:
- DIY Selection Service – for those who wish to take ownership of their shopping, ordering and PC management.
- Guided Design Service – for those who wish to take charge of their shopping only.
- Novalé Selection Service – for support of an Interior Designer by Novale Design Group.
- Tailored Design Service – if you seek full care and extensive design work and/or support.
STEP 3FinalisingDesign & Scope
A bathroom can’t be complete without a solid design foundation, where every element integrates to create a space that’s both practical and functional. We’re excited to take your bathroom to the next level and deliver your dream!
After everything has been finalised with your designer, your project will be handed over to a Project Manager to schedule works with the Operations team.
You will be allocated your own Personal Site Manager who will meet and greet you prior to your project start, to go through the finer details of the project build.
As we say, our promise to our customers is to make it easy for you by joining the dots throughout your journey, from quotation, layout and design to materials and installation; demystifying all the stumbling blocks along the way. At Novalé, we deliver ‘Your Dream!’
STEP 4Let Novalé deliveryour dream
When we have successfully completed Step 1, 2 3 together you will be given access to the following:
Simple project management software.
Simply log on with your laptop or mobile phone and check how your project is tracking, from design through to construction. View and share progress photos in real-time so you can see how your bathroom is coming together and keep track of invoices and received payments. This software also allows you and your Site Manager to keep a daily log so that all discussions and information is recorded
