The Renovation Process
How long does a bathroom, kitchen or laundry renovation take?
The schedule depends on your room size and scope of works. We’ll provide a detailed schedule prior to commencing, and once the fixtures and fittings are on site, we complete the majority of our renovation projects within a 2-4 week schedule per room (with the shower screen installed 3 to 4 working days after), ensuring the impact on your busy home life is minimal.
Can I stay in my home during the renovation?
Your bathroom, kitchen or laundry will be out of action during the renovation process and for a single bathroom, kitchen or laundry home this can make things a little tricky. We can make a temporary shower and toilet available to you, but some customers choose to stay elsewhere. If you have more than one bathroom, kitchen or laundry we can renovate them one after the other, ensuring you always have a functioning space without having to move out or arrange temporary amenities.
Do you have your own interior designers or can I use my own?
Yes, on both accounts! We do have our own team of interior designers available if you require some help bringing your vision to life, however if you have your own preferred designer or architect that you would like to use, we’re more than happy to work with your design, plans, and/or selections.
What kind of finishes can I choose from?
The possibilities are endless! While we recommend a number of trusted suppliers, you can source your fittings and fixtures from wherever you like. We will work with you and have our designers available for you to consult with, to achieve your dream bathroom, kitchen or laundry.
Guarantees & Quality
What guarantees do you offer?
Novalé offers a waterproofing guarantee of 10 years using a premium system. We offer a statutory warranty on labour, materials and our waterproofing systems as per the NSW Home Building Act.
Your project will be completed by fully licenced and qualified tradesmen, who are vetted, inducted and managed by our project managers and a dedicated Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager. We provide Home Building Compensation Fund insurance for all projects over $20,000, in accordance with government regulation.
