One of the founders of Novalé. He started his career on the tools, working alongside his Father. Being constantly called out to jobs to fix inferior work, finish jobs where contractors hadn’t turned up, or start from scratch because Customers just weren’t happy with the work. An endless task it seemed, but one that became the catalyst for him and Marina to launch Novalé Renovations.

Marina leads the business with clarity, drive and a deep understanding of every moving part. With a hands-on approach, she is also the key role in shaping the Novalé brand and ensuring the business continues to grow with purpose and consistency. With a strategic and forward-thinking leadership approach, Marina is a true go-getter who gets things done. Her high standards and commitment to excellence set the tone across the entire team, ensuring every project and client experience reflects what Novalé stands for.

Bryan has worked for 20+ years in the construction industry, starting as an apprentice carpenter, working with small and large businesses in estimating, sales estimating, project management, team leader and management roles. At Novalé, he manages Operations and looks after QA and Compliance to make sure we are performing as we should be and delivering what we promise!

Sophie has a Bachelor of Business and Commerce majoring in Accounting and is a qualified CPA. She is a finance all-rounder and has worked in various industries as a Finance Manager. Growing up around the construction industry, she has great appreciation of the work that Novalé does for its clients. To be able to provide Novalé with support in the administration of the accounts department is fulfilling for a team so dedicated to delivering a great service.

Sam brings decades of experience in carpentry, joinery and renovations, with licences across kitchens, bathrooms and laundries. Starting his career in the 1980s, he has worked across construction, cabinetmaking and installation, building a strong foundation in both craftsmanship and project delivery. With experience running his own renovation business and later in project and store management roles, Sam offers a well-rounded, practical approach. At Novale, he ensures every project is set up for success from the very beginning, with a focus on quality, care and precision.

Kristian is a local Bondi boy, a carpenter by trade and has been in the construction industry for 18+ years. He loves his work, has a great passion for residential construction and takes great pride in taking part in delivering high quality dream bathrooms, kitchens and laundries. As Head of Project Delivery, Kristian oversees our Sydney projects and construction team.

Wayne is a seasoned professional with over 50 years of experience in the building industry. As a skilled carpenter and joiner by trade, Wayne brings unparalleled expertise and craftsmanship to every project. His passion lies in transforming spaces, where his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality shines through. Wayne embodies all the core values of Novalé, ensuring every renovation meets the highest standards of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Local to the Hills District, Zach is a qualified carpenter who brings a hands-on, can-do approach to every project. He supports the Novalé team across all stages of construction, contributing with both skill and enthusiasm. Zach enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish, with a genuine passion for the renovation process. Being part of creating spaces tailored to each client’s needs and lifestyle is what drives his strong sense of job satisfaction.

Marc brings over 20 years of experience in tiling and has worked alongside Steve, Director of Novalé, since the very beginning. His depth of knowledge and commitment to his craft ensure every project is delivered with precision and care. Having contributed to hundreds of projects, Marc has a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate design into a refined, high-quality finish, consistently achieving an exceptional end result.
