How to enter

During the year 2021 and up to March 31st 2022, simply sign a job agreement and have a deposit paid for a Novale Bathrooms renovation to automatically go in the draw. Commencement of the renovation can happen anytime during 2021 and 2022 as long as the job agreement has been signed and deposit paid during the promotional period of January 1st 2021 to March 31st 2022.

The competition is being run by Novalé Bathrooms Corporate Pty Ltd, ABN 60 612 394 055 of 13/28 Garling Road, Kings Park, NSW 2148. The Promoter’s telephone number is 1800 668 253.

Eligibility

  1. The Terms and Conditions of this competition are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
  2. Entry to the competition is limited to customers of the Promoter who are over the age of 18 who have signed a job agreement and paid a deposit for works to commence by Novalé Bathrooms in 2021 or 2022 during the promotional period of January 1st 2021 to March 31st
  3. Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.


Entry

  1. The Promotion commences at 09:00am 01/01/2021 AEST and entries close at 5:00pm 31/03/2022 AEST.
  2. To enter, Eligible Entrants must have signed a job agreement and paid a deposit for works to commence by Novalé Bathrooms in 2021 and 2022 during the Promotion Period to be automatically entered.
  3. Only one (1) initial entry per residence is offered.
  4. Up to two (2) additional entries can be obtained by the Entrant if they:
    1. Write a Facebook review on the Novalé Bathrooms profile
    2. Write a Google Review for Novalé Bathrooms
  5. Entry to the competition is free and automatic once the customer has completed an eligible transaction.
  6. The Promoter will use the personal information supplied to them to enable an Entrant to participate in the Promotion.
  7. Entry to the competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Entrants are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions as presented.
  8. There will be one (1) prize.
  9. All personal information provided by an Entrant to the promoter for the purpose of entering the competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. A copy of the Privacy Policy is available at https://www.Novalé.com.au/privacy-policy/.
  10. Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.


Prizes and winning

  1. The random prize draw will take place on 06/04/2022 at approx. 2:00pm AEST at 13/28 Garling Road, Kings Park NSW 2148.
  2. The winner will receive a gift voucher to use at a Bannisters Hotel closest to their location to the value of $3,000 ($AUS).
  3. All Gift Certificates are valid for 3 years from date of purchase by Novalé Bathrooms and can be redeemed across the location purchased  – including accommodation, and Rick Stein at Bannisters.
  4. Requests to transfer vouchers between Mollymook and Port Stephens can be emailed to info@bannisters.com.au
  5. The value of the gift voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. If the winner is unreachable within 7 days of the announcement of the winner, the prize will be automatically forfeited, and another winner will be chosen.
    1. In the event of any prize not being accepted or claimed within 7 business days of initial contact or the winner being unable to be contacted, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw on or before April 16 2022.
  7. The prize is not redeemable for an alternative prize.
  8. Voucher should be kept secure at all times. Novalé Bathrooms and Bannisters Hotels will not be held liable for any vouchers lost, destroyed or stolen and such vouchers will not be replaced.
  9. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of or in connection with the competition or prize, either during or after the competition.
  11. This promotion is not run in conjunction with Bannisters Hotels.


Prize conditions

  1. The winner will be notified by phone/email within two (2) business days of the draw. By accepting the prize, the prize winner grants the Promoter permission to use their full name and suburb on its social media accounts after the date of the draw if they wish to.
  2. The winners name will be announced and recorded on the day of the draw at approx.. 2:00pm on 06/04/2022 AEST. This recording will then be shared to all entrants and on social media at a later date.
