We have developed a range of services to suit different needs and requirements. Whether you would like to take charge of your design selections, or have a professional take care of that for you, we have you covered. See below for a brief overview of our service offerings.
If you have already purchased your PC items or collaborated with an external designer, kindly reach out for further details on this process.
- You would prefer to select your items in your own time with the help of showroom consultants from our preferred suppliers, who work alongside us.
- Receive documentation to outline and support you through this guided design service process.
- Receive project drawings: floorplan, elevations & 3D views.
- Novalé management of all PC quotes, ordering and deliveries along with trusted aftersales service and warranties.
Note: This service is a standard inclusion for all Novalé customers. All PC items must be ordered through Novalé Design Group. This option is NOT recommended for projects with new window installation, custom joinery, relocation of doors, etc.
- A consultation at your home.
- A visit at a Local Preferred Bathroom Supplier Store with your allocated Novalé Interior Designer.**
- A visit at a Local Preferred Tile Supplier with your allocated Novalé Interior Designer.**
- Receive advice & input from an experienced Novalé Interior Designer.
- Design presentation: floorplan, elevations, 4 coloured 3D views, 1 x 3D rendering per bathroom, completed PC quotes and tile quotes with quantities to supply.
- Novalé management of all PC quotes, ordering and deliveries along with trusted aftersales service and warranties.
** All PC items must be ordered through Novalé Design Group. Terms and conditions as well as time limits apply to the above. This will be outlined in your Job Agreement.
- You would prefer to select your items in your own time at your choice of supplier, without the assistance of a Novalé Interior Designer.
- Receive operation drawings: floorplan & elevations.
- Manage your ordering of PC items and accept delivery.
- Manage your warranty claims.
