Our Process is 4 Steps
Consultation
Following your consultation, once you’ve reviewed, accepted and signed your proposal and preliminary agreements, we’ll prepare everything for Pre-Construction.
Pre-Construction
This is where you’ll work closely with your pre-construction manager and interior designer, complete your selections service, conduct site checks and audits, and prepare your project for construction.
Construction
This is where you’ll meet your dedicated site manager in-home prior to your start date, who will guide and manage your project through to final handover.
Handover
You’ll be given time to review your completed renovation, after which we will return to conduct final checks and complete your formal handover.
Design-Driven Excellence
It’s our dream to deliver your dream, and we are committed to getting every detail right, starting with design. A Novalé designer will ensure that every detail is accounted for, customising your bathroom design to satisfy your needs, budget and style.
Led by an experienced Project Manager, our skilled and insured tradesmen will fulfil your dream with precision, keeping you up-to-date along the way with online project management software.
