The Novale Bathrooms experience exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Where do we start…we were impressed with Marc whom was appointed as our Site Supervisor. He turned up at 7am every single morning as he said he would, he kept us informed ahead of time as to which trades would be at our home each day, the work areas were kept clean and tidy by Marc throughout the build, and Marc also communicated with us for our decisions throughout the process instead of doing something he thought we might like.
