Initial Consultation
Start with a complimentary consultation with a Novalé Customer Service Consultant. Call us on 1800 NOVALÉ, or use our free online estimation tool and book in a discovery call. From there, we’ll arrange a convenient time to visit your home, complete a measure-up, and guide you through your renovation journey. Once you are satisfied with your Novalé quote and have signed off on the provided agreements, proceed to Step 2.

Pre-Construction
In this stage, you’ll be introduced to your dedicated pre-construction manager who will carry out a detailed site audit and verify all measurements to ensure everything is ready for build. You’ll also be given access to your client portal, where you can track progress, review key documents, and stay connected throughout your project.

Selections Service
A successful renovation begins with a strong design foundation, where every detail is thoughtfully considered to create a space that is both functional and refined. Our interior designers will guide you through this process, including accompanying you on selections to ensure every finish and fixture comes together seamlessly. Once your design and selections have been finalised, your project will be transitioned to the Construction Manager, who will coordinate scheduling and works with our Operations team to bring your vision to life.

Project Delivery
Once Steps 1, 2 and 3 have been successfully completed, you will be introduced to your dedicated Site Manager. They will meet with you in your home prior to construction commencing and become your direct point of contact throughout the build, guiding your project from start through to final handover.
