Consultation
Following your consultation, once you’ve reviewed, accepted and signed your proposal and preliminary agreements, we’ll prepare everything for Pre-Construction.
Pre-Construction
This is where you’ll work closely with your pre-construction manager and interior designer, complete your selections service, conduct site checks and audits, and prepare your project for construction.
Construction
This is where you’ll meet your dedicated site manager in-home prior to your start date, who will guide and manage your project through to final handover.
Handover
You’ll be given time to review your completed renovation, after which we will return to conduct final checks and complete your formal handover.

Design Consultation
Our Selection Service is a hands-on experience, pairing you with an interior designer who will shop with you to curate PC items, fittings, fixtures and appliances. You’ll also receive a detailed presentation, including floorplans, elevations and 3D drawings of your project, ensuring every element is carefully considered to create a cohesive, high-functioning workspace.
Quality Tradespeople
Our approach is grounded in craftsmanship, working with a trusted network of fully qualified tradespeople who are carefully selected and inducted to Novale standards. Every element is delivered with precision and care, ensuring a seamless process and a consistently high- quality result.
Progress Updates
Our process is designed to keep you informed and confident at every stage. You’ll have a dedicated Site Manager as your direct point of contact, providing clear communication and consistent oversight throughout your project. You’ll also have access to the Buildertrend app, where you can track daily progress and view detailed logs, giving you complete visibility from start to finish.
Project Management
Our project management approach is structured, proactive and detail-driven. With dedicated Pre-construction and Construction Managers overseeing each stage, we ensure every element is carefully planned, coordinated and delivered to schedule. From early preparation through to completion, your project is managed with precision to keep everything running smoothly.
Waterproofing Guarantee
Our commitment to quality extends behind the scenes, with a premium waterproofing system designed for long-term performance. We provide a 10-year waterproofing guarantee, exceeding the standard 7 years, giving you added confidence that your space is protected with care and precision.
